The flooring department at Lowe’s in Camden is a total ripoff. We have a 13x14 room to carpet. They think we should order an extra 13 ft of carpet to carpet the other 1ft. I asked about ordering an extra foot and put a seam with that and they said they couldn’t do that. RIPOFF from a poor ass company. I won’t set foot in another Lowe’s ever.
Horrible customer service. Thousands of dollars spent on doors that were not what I ordered and way too small.

We came in on Thursday to purchase a Oven and Fridge .. over a $3000 purchase. We spent over an hour in the store looking and comparing and the whole time NOT ONE person that worked there that walked by to gossip with the other associates stopped to ask if we need help. At least 3 associates walked by us and would not even make eye contact. We left and went to COLUMBIA TO HOME DEPOT where we received help immediately and purchased our appliances. we have picked out carpet to be installed and the installer that came out said he will not lay the carpet in our home and we had talked to the sales person in the flooring dept and he said they only contract one person to install carpet for them well i don't know about you but i find that hard to believe i am sure disappointed i sure thought they would want my buisnes i guess will have to go to another company who will care about there customers
Sorry customer service bought 3000.00 worth of carpet been fighting with them for almost a year to fix the problem still nothing
