John Kariotis Jr.: This is to the La Quinta CA Lowes Home Improvement Store manager. I ordered online a water heater on 11/6/2020. I was told I could expect to pick up the water heater between 11/23/2020 and 11/25/2020. The online order status says that it has not reached the store yet, so I called. Ten minutes on hold I get told that it will be Monday 11/30/2020 before the store manager can call the shipper to see when the water heater will be shipped to the La Quinta store. went into store to buy fogger. OMG, this place fails to require its consumers to wear a mask. I know people are selfish, but businesses can require. Another ignorant run store that could careless about protecting consumers. shame!
I will have to be desperate to shop at Lowe’s again. On 12/21/17 I purchased an ornament storage container. When I took my tree down on 1/2/18 I discovered it didn’t need it. I went back to the store today 1/3/18 to take it back but was told Christmas items had to be returned by 12/26. That is so ridiculous- I wouldn’t take down Christmas ornaments before 12/26!! My mama is telling me her experience at Lowe's at La Quinta. I had taken her to look at washing machines; she saw the one she wanted and returned with my brother. They never approached them nor greeted them nor paid any attention. She said my brother ended up purchasing it online while in store! I would've left and taken my business elsewhere. Someone in that department needs better customer service.
Absolutely the most incompetent delivery people on the planet... what a nightmare they are.....
We came to buy a washer. Waited and waited. Nobody there. Finally a guy shows up making just a minute promises. Then it was I'll get help. Another clerk shows up, but it was to help the first one with the computer and language barrier. We, along with others left the store. Came back, waited again and finally a competent agent sold us the appliance we picked out hours before. Sorry.

The Christmas Tree Lot staff was awesome, so helpful, totally friendly and fun. Grab yourself a tree next time you are out and about buying light bulbs or something.
Lowe's by far has the absolutely worse customer service. When you ask about out of stocks, you can never get a straight answer. The only thing that you do get is an I don't care attitude!!!!!
