I was there around 11am on 10/10/17. Not one cashier line open and 3 of the 4 self checkouts were down. You can imagine the long line to check out. The other big box store is across the street.
My husband and I took our son Christmas tree shopping for the first time!!! We really had a fantastic experience! Pablo and Bud both helped us. They both had a happy personality made are tree shopping much more enjoyable! I think i ever enjoyed tree shopping before as much as i did tonight! They helped us pick out the right trees! Purchased wash machine 3-10-18. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday, 3-13. Called to see if we could schedule for after 1:30. They guy said no problem. Tuesday comes and they called saying there were at our home. It was 12:45. So, we had to reschedule. You cannot reschedule for any earlier than 48 hours later. So this moved delivery to Thursday. We call on Wed at 5pm to schedule afternoon delivery. No can do. We were not happy. Finally had to wait until Fri 3-16. I was supposed to get a call at 6:00 the night before the delivery, two and a half hours later they call and say my delivery will be between 12:30 and 2:30 It's 3:30 now and I called them and now they say it will be between 4:30 and 6:30. Not very happy about this after taken a half day off work.
April 4, 2018 signed contract for kitchen remodel, completion date July 21,2018. The grout is split where the counter top meets! The sales representative ordered the wrong items several times! would not recommend using Lowe's for any reason! Their subcontractor RBC out of Riverside caused a lot of these problems! Fix my grout please! Go across the street to Home Depot and get what you need!
