Terrible Customer service! They really don't care whether you do business with them or not. No apologies--just no worries--for them anyway. And apparently they don't realize the eye rolls can be seen when they are wearing masks.
Poor customer service, no communication to buyers who ordered items that were being delayed
Poor Customer Service!! My husband who is a veteran placed an online order for store pickup and never received conformation regarding our order. After waiting 3 hours to hear about the order I called customer service and was told that I had just placed the order and had to allow them 2-3 hours to process the order. I explained to the clerk that we had already waited 3 hours and asked if I could just cancel my order all together. The clerk then hung up the phone. Very poor customer service!
RecommendedI do like Lowe’s but I don’t like that 90% of the products you sell are made in China. How about trying to carry more USA made products.
Very poor customer service, no desire to stand behind a defective product. Customer service Manager Jamie doesn’t mind telling you that he doesn’t really care if you shop somewhere else.

Lowes overall is the biggest joke regardless of which store it is. I ordered a dishwasher on 11/13 and received confirmation of my order and a delivery date of 11/16. Received a call on 11/15 from XPO the third-party vendor that handles the delivery times for Lowes. I was told the dishwasher was set to be delivered on 11/16 between 3 and 7pm.
