In short we ordered a carpet that was supposed to take about 3 weeks. Finally, 7 weeks later, after many phone calls with no answered or the blame going from Lowe’s to vendor/vendor to Lowe’s as why they couldn’t track our carpet. A few employees were nice, but mostly the Lowe’s team was very short and not helpful. Once the carpet was installed we discovered we were charged for a large piece for a cost $500 that was not even used. We were told if we could get it there they would refund. Went to ask a couple QUESTIONS about countertops today, not even place an order or specifics yet. They guy was super rude. I have been choosing Lowe's over home depot for years, today changed my mind.
Until you inforce masks i will stay away as much as I can
Customer service no longer exists there. The sold us damaged fencing and wasted our time and our contractors' time. No one calls you back.
Didn't Deliver LP Stove that was ordered. Had a month wait for delivery, Not satisfied at all. Will not buy from Lowe's again!!!!
We ordered granite countertops in October. It's mid February, and the project is still not complete.

Lowes can't even spell the word customer never mind treat one correctly. I just cancelled 10k work of product because they suck so bad.
