Lowes wood working department.. Lazy is understatement.
Took 10 weeks to get the fridge I ordered. When I asked why the delay everyone gave me the run around. Worst be buying anything from here again. Everyone in this store is useless to say the least.
Ordered an item online to pick up at the store for christmas, it was suppose to be delivered on the 22nd or 23rd of december and now that its Jan 3rd its still not at the store. I have called multiple times already and nobody has helped inform me of where its at or anything. Im not blaming machesney park lowes but just whoever ships the items...
If you go to the store, everything is fine. If you call and ask a question, not so good. I'm a 71 year old Disabled Vietnam Veteran. My wife and I will need to install gutters on our home in the spring. I am trying to find gutters that are easy to put together and put up. Money is a major problem, that's why we have to do it ourselves. I called the store and asked for the department that had gutters. The person said his name and then everything went down hill. worst experience ever they had nothing we were looking for they were sold out of all their Christmas projection lights and the customer service was terrible and condescending it was by far the worst experience I have had in a hardware store and a long time I will never go back and I bought a house a year ago and I will be remodeling the whole thing but I will make sure that I buy my supplies from Menards but you and Home Depot were the prices are better and the customer service is somewhat better thanks for the experience Lo... read more
