I want to give shout out to Larry in kitchen design. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He has a great sense of urgency and took care of our needs swiftly. We went to home depot buy could not get waited on then 45 minutes staff helped us. But they did offer warranty. So we headed to Lowes best decision due to Larry such a professional. Give this guy a raise he is rock star!
Customer service is non existent. I was standing right in front of 4 lowes employees and not one of them offered to help me. Never again.
