This is a review of the delivery service from Joplin, MO. There was no good faith effort to deliver, just a note quietly taped to my front door while I was 20 feet from the door. I didn't see them since my back was to the door but no one in my house heard them knock. The refund for the product was issued but was short the amount of the supposed delivery attempt and the charge to haul off the old refrigerator which definitely didn't happen either. ABSOLUTELY irresponsible and disrespectful company that does not value its customers or their time Missed their delivery/installation window of 12-4pm. No contact from them about anything and when i try to contact them all they'll tell me is that it was put on a truck this morning and they can provide no other information about when they might be coming to my house or if they'll even make it today.
