Today I witnessed a customer be treated horribly. An employee of the store was incredibly disrespectful to a gentleman and basically called him a liar. In the line on the other side of me the young lady at the service desk did nothing but complain about her co worker to a customer who was trying to place an order. It was a hostile and uninviting atmosphere. I will not be returning. Although never of these acts were to me directly I felt shame for these two employees.
Quite a few times lately I’ve gone in there and when I ask for help finding something, sometimes they get upset that I’ve asked. Last Sunday, a guy was carrying some barstools to the front for another customer and he practically threw them on the floor. I just said nevermind and asked someone else.
Just went in to buy paneling for a remodel job. They can’t sell it to us because they are remodeling their store and it’s bundled up. Wow really! You could have made a sale. With the looks of your empty store you might want to get it down for us. You are remodeling yourself out of business.
You beat Lowe’s prices on lumber by $21.00 per board. You ROCK!!! And I blasted it all over my Facebook. You saved us $210.00. Thank you so much for not taking advantage of people during this time.
