Wisam in Walled Lake was our associate. We were going to buy a gas dryer. We first went to Home Depot in Novi and were put off by the unfriendliness and lack of help by an associate who finally came over (we'd been there looking for at least 5 minutes with zero help). We walked out. We then went to Menard's in Wixom. The associate who helped us was new. Her 'mentor' (as she called him) had zero knowledge or people skills. We walked out.
