Placed a $1k online order for store pickup last night. Showed up at 10:30am and it's not ready. They said they were working on it at that time. I come back at noon. Nothing is pulled. Nothing is ready. I'm currently (12:15) following a "manager" around the store helping find the shit I ordered. This place is a joke and customer service is severely lacking. I am usually a Home Depot girl, but came here because of a 10% off coupon. The hassle and wasted time is not worth the $100 savings.
It is so nice to feel like a bother when the stock on the shelves is gone and you can see the restock on the shelves above. Try and ask them for assistance. Then you will know how much of a bother you can be. I left and bought the same item on Amazon for less money.
When did lowes become petsmart. Dogs running around everywhere. Its ridiculous. Who is responsible if a customer gets bit from one of the pit bulls in the store. The staff needs to grow a pair and tell people to take their pets home
We purchased tile on Tuesday night, we were told it would be delivered Friday morning, only for us to call them to have them tell us the flat bed truck was broken, they told us they would try to get the truck fixed and have it be delivered today(Saturday) to now find out they won’t deliver on weekends, after having to call them again, well not only did they mess up an entire project, they ruined our entire weekend.
Bought my dad a dewalt 2 pack battery and charging pack for his tools. He opened them and tried to charge them and they wouldn’t charge. He went to exchange them and they told him that dewalt would never package these batteries together. They wouldn’t exchange them. Treated him like he was a thief trying to scam them. We are remodeling my home and will NOT spend one penny at this place. So hope they feel good about the 120.00 they got. But they are now missing out on thousands of dollars!!! I’ll never go in there again.

Why hasn't Tony been given a raise? He is the greatest employee!!!! I went in for a washer. I left with a washer, stove and refrigerator!!! This guy is golden!!!!
