Update: called corporate as per the reply. They just documented the issue but couldn’t do anything to resolve the situation or ensure that it doesn’t happen again. Ordered building materials online on 7/16, requested a 7/24 delivery but canceled vacation to do the project sooner (before 90° weather arrived).
