Ordered $3200.00 worth of pavers on 4/16 was told they be delivered on 5/7 then changed to 5/9, then to 5/8,waited all day,no show,then called about 3 in afternoon to tell me that they will call me Monday the 10th and tell me when they will deliver, no call yet. But their billing department is right on the ball, I got the credit card bill on 5/8,but no goddammit pavers!
I would highly recommend keeping their word, telling the truth and getting back in touch within a day when they say they will get in touch by tomorrow...
Terrible customer service. They don't enforce the mask LAW. No one ever picks up the curbside phone, and they don't check the online check in.
Santa Mike was the best with our little pup, even helped us pick a name for him. Bjorn von Winter had a great first visit with Santa! Thank you so much.
I would have given 5 stars for the customer service process in choosing a new toilet and getting install set up, however when I came to actually pick up my toilet and supplies for install the day before as directed I had to wait almost an hour just to get the thing! It was recommended to do this to save the cost of the installer picking up the product. I'll never do it again. I'm so irritated after the experience I'm not sure I'll even return to Lowe's again for anything I can't take out of the store same day myself. Very po... read more
Longview Lowes is our go to store for everything & we have never had a problem. UNTIL YESTERDAY!! We went in to get a new freezer. One thing led to another & we found a fridge & range, too. (We are getting ready to do a kitchen remodel.) The floor gal was very helpful but run ragged between too many customers. We wanted to talk to the manager but she could not find him. For walking in and getting what you want/need, no issues. For getting things installed??? I bought 3 appliances (free standing range (gas), water-heater (gas) and dishwasher (12/11/18), and only the range has been installed. Still waiting for the other 2 (which have all been paid for).
what a joke, only one person for 4 departments, a fast trip now will be an hour, will think twice about ever shop here again, this is not the first time . Managment is a JOKE
