I purchased a tool box set at your store only to find it was damaged when I went to assemble it at my work place. I would like to give a shout out to Brandy who went "above and beyond" in assisting me to get a replacement tool box set and having it arranged for delivery at my work place. I did not get the customer survey satisfaction done within the ten days as required. I am so upset with this store!!! Fridge went out so scrapped up my savings to buy a new one, am told they can't deliver till tues but we need it so find a truck and take it home spend an hour getting it in the house unwrapped and set up to realize they gave us the wrong fridge �Call the store and speak with the manager who doesn't even apologize and am told they have too many deliveries so I'm basically s.o.l. unless I can bring it back myself tomorrow seriously customer service here seems to be lacking. I was looking for a washer on Monday, there was a Maytag in the clearance section. We asked for a price and they researched for a long time. The gentleman got my name and phone number and said he would call me. We no sooner left and they called. Said it was $96. It was a machine that they were trying to get rid of as it was no longer made. I said are you sure? So we got back there. Extremely frustrated with Lowes right now. Placed an order (through a store associate) at the end of October for carpet tiles. By the end of November (after getting conflicting stories on multiple phone calls) we were told the tiles were lost. We cancelled the order and placed it again through their website. It had an expected delivery date of 12/18. Never showed. Another delivery date of 12/26 ...but no call, no update and today when I called them, I was told there's no carpet to be delivered yet. I walked in looking for paint n thin brick and plumbing supplies I had several questions but couldn’t get help, when I finally did get help I was directed to the wrong place . When I asked again for more direction again as if I was asking for there first born they weren’t to happy to assist , and was quickly mis directed to the wrong place so I left 800 dollars worth of stuff in my shopping cart ad left .
