I just called because I had a couple questions about an air conditioner and whoever I talked to made me completely feel stupid because I asked if the pricing online was the same in store. The person who transferred me was also extremely rude because I told her I thought it might be an appliance call and she made it clear to me it wasn’t. Horrible customer service. I went to help my mom and dad (whos 75) get lumber for a building project so were talking a few hundred dollars, not pocket change transaction. No one asked if we need help reaching lumber posts concrete, employees walking by standing and even just watching us. While checking out we had 3 employees ask if we needed help....We called it quits after we got our lumber. And went and finished buying the rest of our supplies at home depot.
Terrible knowledge of where things are in the store from multiple people. Terrible customer service at checkout. Had to have my 'reciept verified' after using the restroom. I won't be back.
I stopped in at that other improvement store across the street today and had horrible customer service. Went to Lowe's instead and had AWESOME service there!! Thanks Ben, I will be taking my business to Lowe's from now on!
Terrible experience from purchase to their attempt of delivery. We purchased a dryer last Tuesday and scheduled a delivery for Sunday. When we called to confirm the order the sales rep couldn't find our order and told us that he could get a dryer delivered to us on the following Saturday which was a week after Lowe's promised to deliver. The worst experience I've ever had in a Lowes store. We took the blade adapter off our new mower into the store because it had been damaged today. We asked the "service manager" if they carried the part. He looked at it and immediately dismissed us. There was no way the part was available and due to the holiday weekend he wished us good luck in ordering one or finding one at all and walked away.
