With this pandemic, they have not been following cdc procedures. I had a pickup order and was shocked that the employees were not wearing masks and not following the CDC recommendations. I was very disappointed.

YOUR FREAKING EMPLOYEES GLUED FAKE FLOWERS TO THE POOR LIL CACTI
This is the last time we will EVER do business with Lowe’s! We ordered some materials and it came last Saturday. It was down pouring and the material got wet and was damaged and wasn’t usable anymore. We sent it back but we had to wait til Monday morning for them to pick it up. The first delivery guy could not take it back “per their rules”. Then they couldn’t bring out the new material when they picked up the damaged material. Lowes in Sarnia better selection and people that know what their talking about. short tripfor a basic plumbing connection since canadian lowes was closed for good friday. ended up at Home depot. Sad really
