WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON’T DO CURBSIDE PICKUP, for one. For two their inventory counts are always messed up. Yesterday I went in for a specific item that is stored in a secure area. The nice lady at self check out looked up the item and said there were 8 in stock. 3 other employees gathered at the “cage” to determine that there were 0 items in the color I wanted so I settled for another color. I ordered a washer and dryer on May 23rd. I received my dryer the next week from another location. One month later and my paid for washer is still not delivered. I am not able to reach ANYONE by phone. I have been up to the store to inquire or cancel and I’m just told it is scheduled. So today...delivery between 8-5....silence and no help from store. This is crazy and completely unacceptable
I have done several pickup orders and they are progressively getting worse. At first, I realize everyone was getting use to the new guidelines and craziness of things so gave the benefit of the doubt. We ordered a mower and waited three weeks to get it, made several trips to the store and sat in the parking lot for over an hour just to be told that it wasn't actually there. Clean and had what I needed
Very disappointed in Lowe’s. Ordered an appliance over a week ago to be delivered today. Stayed home all day waiting because the delivery hours given were 8am-8pm. Called the store a couple times this evening to see if we could get an update. Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. First time they assured us it would be here by 8pm. Second time (7:50pm) they said we can expect it tomorrow between 8am-8pm. They did not contact us at any point to let us know of any problem. I’m sorry but that is not acceptable.
