My recent experience with flooring team specifically Don, Joe & Tom at Lowes in Dubuque, Iowa specifically has been a excellent one! The combined level of knowledge and experience is something you don't always come by. All 3 of them have a very positive upbeat attitude and you can tell they truly enjoy their jobs! They really took their time with me and were patient with the selection process. They certainly strive to make the customer happy!!
The staff remains unhelpful and ignores folks looking for assistance. No one knows where to find Allen wrenches?/
I went to Lowes yesterday, without knowledge of what I was about to do. I found a DIY project online and went to get pieces. I explained to the men what I wanted and needed. There were two guys Ken and Greg, that saw my distress and asked if this was my first time building something, I said yes. They went that extra step and built my little wood pedestal that I needed. I was forever grateful. Great Customer Service
Purchased a washer on Monday....couldn't get the "Next day delivery on in stock items" so had delivery for today around 3:30. Called at 8 pm asking where my delivery was after being told at 4:30 it was on the truck. Was told my delivery date was now not until the 21st. And what will they do? Jack shit!
