The worst customer service I have ever received. On every trip, not just a bad day for them. Management needs to step up on customer service, both inside and in loading area for sure!!!

Totally incompetent! I've been waiting since Monday for my delivery which was scheduled for after 5 pm and every day they come by whenever the heck they feel like it instead of the scheduled time! So now I am promised tomorrow. Tomorrow I will be promised Friday. This is ridiculous!
Seriously stood in I'll 16 for 25 minutes and had somebody paged twice to come help me with plumbing issues I don't have a long time to stand in the store I was trying to get what I needed to and go!!! No one ever showed up to help me I had to go home because I have to pick up my son in the water is shut off at my house!! This was not a good start to my day and I will probably not come back to this Lowe's! ������
