The worst customer service I have ever received. On every trip, not just a bad day for them. Management needs to step up on customer service, both inside and in loading area for sure!!!
Love the store. Know a few hardworking employees. Message to management: you need to hire more people
Totally incompetent! I've been waiting since Monday for my delivery which was scheduled for after 5 pm and every day they come by whenever the heck they feel like it instead of the scheduled time! So now I am promised tomorrow. Tomorrow I will be promised Friday. This is ridiculous!
Seriously stood in I'll 16 for 25 minutes and had somebody paged twice to come help me with plumbing issues I don't have a long time to stand in the store I was trying to get what I needed to and go!!! No one ever showed up to help me I had to go home because I have to pick up my son in the water is shut off at my house!! This was not a good start to my day and I will probably not come back to this Lowe's!
