Poor customer service, condescending staff in the appliance department. My washer broke last night so I am buying a washer/dryer set this morning. Staff would not work with me and even consider honoring sale that ended last night. Customer service entails a helpful staff and ensuring return business. Neither criteria were met with my visit. Very disappointed in Lowe’s.
No returns on unopened seasonal items, boo! Feeling ripped off.
The people there are awesome. Had great help. The appliance person was wonderful made sure I got a discount.
so disappointed with Loews we have purchased alot of products thru our construction business so we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Lowe's we purchased a refrigerator for our own personal use and the ice maker now has stop working three times now same problem everytime they are sending a repair guy out to fix it again and they refuse to replace my refrigerator because they say it has to happen 3 times in the same year and the last 2 times have been in the same year needless to say they have lost my business I... read more
