They do not treat you like they really want your business. I would not recommend this to anyone. Veterans and amall business owners, dont expect to be treated as anything but a dollar sign, the larger your bottom line, the more important you are.

I'm not sure what Customer Satisfaction means to them, but it obviously doesn't mean much. I will not shop there again if I can help it. I bought a water heater yesterday and was sold the wrong one. The guy who helped me failed to confirm what gas supply we had and ended up with the wrong one. Then, Lowe's wouldn't help me at all with a return, or another option to replace it. Every person I've dealt with at this Lowe's location has been awesome. Very helpful and friendly!
After purchasing all new appliances (including warranties) to update our kitchen, the dishwasher began leaking puddles on our hardwood floor. Lowe's contracts with a local appliance company for service issues, and a repair man was sent two days after our service request. We've now been without a dishwasher for well over a week due to parts that can't be located and/or require authorization to be ordered.
