I said I needed a refrigerator asap and was told that they had none in stock but if I purchased before 3pm yesterday that I'd get it delivered today. today comes and I call multiple times only to be put on hold for 15 minutes..I hang up call again and ask for a manager who then told me I needed to contact the warehouse so when I did they told me Lowes had cancelled my delivery bc they had none available. never got an email or a call saying this and so now I had to cancel my full order and have to wait at least a week for my ... read more
