RecommendedOur 9 month old got his foot stuck in the cart (space beside the footholes) and was freaking out. The staff sprung into action very fast and put some antibacterial cream on him to slide his foot out. The staff's help was amazing during that situation.

Bought appliances (washer,dryer, freezer). The washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday then we got a call that morning stating the dryer wasn’t delivered to Lowe’s and it would be the following Monday (memorial day). We went and picked up the washer and dryer (washer had a dent) but said the freezer is to be delivered on Memorial Day like planned. Get a call Memorial Day morning saying delivery time is 1-5pm. Great customer service! Clayton (I believe that was his name) was very polite and super helpful when I was surfing around aisles and trying to create my own pool-net-rod. He went way beyond my expectations! Thank you for having such a handyman at the store!
Itvwas so great to get my mulch down until I realized the mulch was packaged incorrectly. Marked red but clearly not!
Bobby out in Lumber was a absolutely wonderful gentleman and helped me with figuring out the perfect board for my bench. He even cut it to size! He was very respectful and I was happy with all that he did to help me. Thank you again Bobby!
Took off work to receive a gas range delivery after waiting 10 days. Contractor sent one guy to do the work, pulled my old range out, hooked up the gas line and unloaded the new range in box. Would have dropped it without my help I'm sure and lo and behold when the cardboard was removed the range was damaged. I called Melinda at Lowe's who made it clear she could not tell me when to expect the new range and that how the contractors do their business was not Lowe's responsibility.
