Why did I get 3 notifications this item was here and ready for pickup and it was not?! I called the store twice and told it was and twice to pick it up and it wasn't. Called the 3rd time and was told AGAIN if I got a message then it was ready. Once the young lady got on the phone and told me no it was there and didnt even ask my name or number. seriously, need to do some IMPROVEMENT on your customer service
teach your employees the difference between a metal supply line and a plastic drain line. you sell frigidaire dishwashers but no drain lines for them, what's with that? drove 20 miles only to leave frustrated.
RecommendedAll the employees at this location are so friendly. My husband and I shop here regularly and the employees always greet us like they know who we are. You can tell everyone is always ready to help and that they all enjoying helping their customers!
I have to brag on an employee you have named Jerry that works around the mailbox aisle. I was in there Sunday morning and he was very friendly and offered my husband and myself great advice and helped us find what we needed to do our project. I had to go back in this morning for something else and asked a different employee (two very young fellas) for help and they seemed put off like they didn’t want to help. Great store always helpful and very knowledgeable
The Milan Lowe's store has a very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The store stays well stocked and is easy to shop. I have been employed with this store since it opened in December 2006. I'm very proud of the store and the company. My coworkers and leadership team are just like one big family!
