Amazing customer service
Went here to buy a water heater went home installed it and didn't work called Lowe's they told me I have to call the warranty company I called them they told me I need parts go back to Lowe's and the well, give me the parts I go to Lowe's they told me. Customer service is poor. Not just one, but two representatives (one with "18 years experience ") argued with me over a 20% off deal. One told me that the deal had expired, and the other told me it was for first time card users. Both were wrong and there were no apologies. I finally prevailed. Another customer was also being given a hard time and was on the phone with management. This is not the first time that similar things have occurred to me at this Lowe's. At least they always have what I need.
So im sitting in your parking lot going to homedepot. When you ask a manager for help because no one else is around maybe they should help. Instead they called customers service and walked away. Letting me stand there for 15 min. Till I walked out. The customers service in this place gets worse by the day.
