The absolute worse service ever in delivery. I have bought all my appliances at Loews. There’s a long history they have. I had called last night as instructed to get delivery time for today to have a refrigerator delivered. I was told between 3-5 pm today. When I purchased the fridge as with all appliances I had purchased there, I told the salesman in appliances it must be delivered by the smaller box truck as they have to cross a private bridge to my house. Friends ordered Gazebo last year order never fulfilled and never alerted them. This year over 2 months waiting on the same gazebo store never followed up with delivery then they waited so long the CC company flagged the transaction as Fraud and they didn't call to correct issue. They then processed a new transaction and 30 days later no delivery! The worst!! Even when you go there hard to get anyone to help and workers seem to walk away when they see someone needs help. They had the best music playing! The cashier was very nice ...but the doors are where she sat and it was absolutely freezing
