GREAT Cust Svc from Gary, Mgr. in Appliances!! Not a lot of charac to give all details so I'll just summarize. Bought Whirlpool oven 1/2015, heard annoying, buzzing noise from digital clock area. Even though buzzing was intermittent it was everyday & lasted 30 min or longer most times. Allowed 2 wks for it to go away but it did not. Informed Lowes, Lowes contacted Whirlpool while I was on the ph to set up appt. with techs. Had "2" diff. techs come out, both put in a New Control Board but buzzing cont. My favorite store but the men's restroom is not maintained to high standards and this important to customers. we left early and could not complete our shopping because of the condition of the restroom. Rick Worthy
