I love our Lowes ... needed numbers for our new mailbox and a new employee Chad was really helpful on my choice of numbers... we also just purchased a new washer and dryer and it was on way back order ... it was my Christmas present and everyone from employees to management helped us and didn't charge us extra for the upgrade... all they wanted to do is make my Christmas a Great One
I have had an issue with every single item I have purchased... in one form or another. I keep saying I’m not shopping there anymore ... and like a dummy I end up hoping for the best only to be very disappointed.
My husband ordered me a double oven on December 1st for Christmas. They came to deliver the oven on December 15th it was the wrong oven. I then was told it would be delivered on December 30th as it had shipped on December 22nd now I'm being told they don't know where it is, maybe I'll get it for Valentine's Day!! No one seems to know what's going on, very upset.
Terrible customer service ... they sell lemons ... and would rather say, "it's not my problem " than help customers. Even when you have an extended warranty. Sears will now have all of my family's business!
