Eight employees standing around doing nothing while one person works returns and cash register. Fail. I'd rather shop at Home Depot, and that's saying a lot...
It is UNACCEPTABLE that your website, phone system, google listing and corporate customer service reps say you are open until 10 PM. We own a maintenance company, drove to Greensboro for an emergency water heater issue, determined a water heater was needed and drove to your store at 9:15 - because EVERYTHING we saw said you were open until 10 PM. You are a national company, one of the two largest home improvement stores in America and you don't update your store hours???? Absolutely absurd and just goes to further show that ... read more
Great customer service. Sales person stayed right by my side and made sure I found every thing I needed. Good job Lowe's.
My favorite store for gardening and home improvements to include my storage shed, DYI table top, plants and more plants etc
David (dave) went above what he had to do to help me find replacement for bathroom kit. He even helped me find something I loved and got me discount on it! Great service and kiddos to him for going above what he had to.
This place customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you need assistance no employee is to be found anywhere. The employee's act as though they are afraid to make contact with the customers. A bunch of lazy ass people.
