Go i n with a plumbing question, but the guy working the department has no clue how to help. Train your staff or hire ones with knowledge.
Do NOT order carpet from this store!!!! Ordered in November. They have delivered 3 separate times and have yet to get it right! The only thing they did correctly was charge our credit card!!!! Horrible service! Will not spend another dime here!!!!!
Customer service isn't their top priority, that I can guarantee you. Lori in Appliances is quite possibly the rudest person I have EVER dealt with at ANY big box store. We will actually be in your store tomorrow to cancel our order, which still isn't ready after ordering it a month ago. You can thank Lori for the $1300 loss.
