I bought a suite of LG appliances. The dishwasher never worked right. I spent countless hours on more than a dozen phone calls trying to get help from LG. I had 2 different service appointments scheduled and no tech showed up. I had had it with LG customer service so I called the Brighton Lowe’s where I made the purchase. Wandered around the appliance area for 5 minutes trying to find an associate because the item I needed did not seem to be in stock at an end cap, and I couldn't find any other place it might be. Never found 1 associate to help me. As 1 was leaving to go to Home Depot, a nice young man in the paint department asked if I was ok. I told him he was the only employee I had seen in 5 minutes, and I was now leaving to go to Home Depot to get my item. Do not gok to the Brighton, CO store if you expect any assistance.
Amazing inventory, prices and most of all the employees are kind, well informed and wonderful to do business with. A Giant Thank You to Dale and Pete, managers, Brighton Co. who went above and beyond my expectations, making me a forever Lowes shopper. Enjoy life!
We purchased 2 vinyl roll-up shades from this store. They custom cut them in the store, which was a bit off, but we made them work. The problem is, when we got them up, one of the shades had a serious curve in the cardboard roll. So when it is pulled down (or rolled up) it flops all over the place. And of course it doesn't lay straight on the window. Very disappointed in this as we are 90 miles away and unable to return to the store.
Shame on you Lowe"s Brighton store! My family and I ordered a dishwasher, gas cook top and microwave on November 5th. It was set to be delivered and installed today. I find out today you only have the dishwasher and do not have any of it set to be installed. All you wanted to do is lecture us on not knowing your process and offered nothing to make it right! They have great staff unlike Home Depot, I walked thru Home Depot and got ignored, went to Lowes and had alot of help and got a discount , better prices!!!!
We use to be Home Depot shoppers, but I found that the customer service at the Brighton Lowe's is way better. Beth in the lumber department is amazing and always gets me assistance when I need (especially when I have little kids in tow). Also Dawn with internet orders is great, she calls right away to touch base and has great communication throughout the process of them pulling your order.
