Horrible appliance delivery service. Delivery service doesn't show up on the scheduled day and blames the customer for it. After many calls and complaints, they try to deliver a damaged and wrong color appliance, and NEVER corrects the problem and attempt to re-deliver. Then they charged for a nonexistent appliance. Again, no attempt to send correct appliance. Most reps don't call you back when they state they will help you. Wayman from Lawn and garden was a huge help last night. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, loaded concrete pavers on my cart and then into my car. Unlike the woman in appliances who had a nice visit with her friends while I stood around for over 20 minutes waiting on assistance. She never did get up to help me. And their conversation wasn’t appliance related.
Terrible customer service. Waited as the only person in line 15 minutes for an online order pickup from an employee with Ronald McDonald-like red hair who was smacking gum and appeared high as a kite to work me in between taking no less than ten phone calls. Once she finally had time to help me, she first argued the orders weren’t ready even though I had email confirmation that they were. I asked for help in the plumbing department. I asked twice. After 25 minutes of waiting, a gentleman came and waited on another customer and told him he was not a plumber nor did he know plumbing. Needless to say, I left. What kind of service is this? Bad, very bad!
I have no clue why I waste my time coming to this location.. Never a good experience when I need lumber. Can't ever get any help with putting plywood on my cart that is on upper shelf.. The cashier paged for help three times, still nobody.. Left the store to go to Home Depot where there is always someone to help load.. THIS LOWES SUCKS!!
I got a well pumps there yesterday and all the accessories was not in the box as it stated. So I call back and talk to someone and told them what going on and they hung in my face. Never again
