I will call the store tomorrow morning and the corporate office to request why I was informed by Tori and the manager on duty that Lowe’s doesn’t price match Academy Sports. Per Lowe’s price match guarantee Academy Sports not listed as a competitor Lowe’s doesn’t price match. I’m requesting Tori and the manager on duty be written up for misleading me during my visit. I will follow up to the highest authority with Lowe’s
Shopping at Lowe’s on peach orchard through the years has not been a good shopping experience at times. My last visit on 3/7/21 at 6:30 is one reason I shop at other Lowe’s in the area. I requested a price match when Tori summons her manager and stated Lowe’s don’t price match Academy Sports per the manager on duty.

I have become totally disgusted with the lack of Customer Service by Lowes. Especially at Store 1116 in Augusta ,GA. I finally decided to try to speak to the/a manager and after 2 days, I give up. After going through a tornado we had significant damage. I placed an order for delivery of lumber ($2,000+), but no where before I placed my order could I get an estimated delivery time. We ordered a dryer on 4/19. The confirmation said we would be contacted in 1 business day to set up delivery. Never got a call. Finally recieved an email days later that said it would be delivered 4/28. No one showed up to deliver the dryer, nor did anyone call to say they wouldnt be making it that day or to reschedule. My husband has been on the phone all day being hung up on so many times from the store. He called customer service and the store even hung up on them. After spending almost an hour being the ONLY customers looking around the appliance section for a new washing machine and dryer we left! A dozen employees walked past us, looked but not one spoke. There were several propped up on the counter behind us socializing, too busy with their personal conversations to help the customers who keep their paychecks coming. I do not care at this point if Lowes has the best price or not we will take our business somewhere where customer service still means something!
