I went to south Lowes which didn't have what i wanted. The sales help person looked up the item which said north Lowes had 2 in stock. i drove all the way across town to find out there were none in stock even though the north Lowes sales person looked it up and it said they had 2 also.
Store Clerk Mallory on Norton Rd, is literally the only store employee who has ever refused to help me when i have asked for help. I have been trading there since the doors opened about one to three times per day. If Mallory was the only associate available during my visit i would lay my selected products down and walk out. I have never been treated so rude. She is a lazy employee and does care about customers or the service she is providing to lowes loyal customers.
