I think the designated parking spaces thing is getting a bit ridculious. Handicap Parking is the only lawfully recognized designation. Online pickup, Veterans, First Responders, Parents with small children, Pregnant Mothers.....none of these are disabilities. Stop treating your loyal customers like second class consumers. Value everyone equally.
i just stopped at this store to exchange a smoke alarm that my landlord picked up. Basically didn't want the hard wired one and I was treated absolutely awful by a woman there. "We don't do exchanges, I just credited the card". Said in the worst tone I've been addressed in quite a while. Don't most places offer a store credit so you can pick out a new one? Worst customer service ever. Will never go here for anything again.
Jess cut our blinds perfect, she was great. The cashier was awesome. She had to call a manager for an over ride due to is buying something on markdown and when no one showed up in a timely manner, she called again.
