RecommendedI want to sing praises for an employee of Lowes SW in Pcola! We moved into a new home this week and purchased a fridge, washer, dryer and microwave that was supposed to be delivered (confirmed twice and pd for) on Friday by 6 pm. They didnt show up, no email, no phone call. Imagine us waiting FOUR hours with nothing. I visited this store today . Waited in the appliance area for quite sometime . It was only one worker who was assisting a few families . No big deal . He said his coworker was at lunch. Finally another worker walks up . I said hi do you work in this department. He stated well that is why I am back here . Really rude and unprofessional. Honestly he should have approached me and asked if I needed assistance. Horrible shopping experience!
Our favorite store is the best organized and clean. We know how o find items easy with the great help of any employee if we don’t.
Pointless to do curbside, you check in no one shows up. No point in calling the number on the curbside sign, no one answers the phone. Stood in line to pick it up, sent me to the other side of the store. Now they cannot find the order, I have now been here for at least 1/2 hour and they are still looking for it. Would have been faster for me to just come get it all myself.
Good quick service got a lot to choose from
Employees seem to be preoccupied with other duties, rather than helping the customer.
They have what I need and especially important to me is they are pet friendly!
