They always very helpful! Always a great experience every visit.
One of the blinds was not cut to correct length. Ok .. we go back in to have corrected and have another one cut. We tell Dianne we will look around so we’re not just standing behind her while she cuts. 20 min or more go by. We go to find the blinds not cut and when we give up and leaving we notice she is in paint department. Just ignored that we was there. Going to another Lowe’s to have corrected
Our dryer went out about 2 hours ago. We are a family of 5 and need our dryer so badly. So we headed to Lowe’s with one dryer in mind and came home with another. Thanks to Mark in appliance and Pete the manager we are back home and clothes are already drying!!!! You guys are amazing and so kind. THANK YOU!!!

The customer service we received today was outstanding. It was a bit humbling bringing our dead plants in today. Even though we didn’t have the original receipt We found the item numbers in our Lowe’s card account online and printed them off. Morgan at customer service /returns was able to look up the items and refund our cards quickly and efficiently. Thanks for making a dreaded experience a great one!
I was at Lowe’s yesterday evening. They had glitch in the system so you had to pay with cash or give them your card info for them to bill you later. There was a man in line who was upset over the delay. He was being very rude. Chris was the employee that he was being rude to. Chris was very professional and handled the situation very well. Thank you Chris!!
I was just there to buy a dishwasher. 1 associate was with a customer at the desk. 3 huddled at the other desk laughing and giggling. 3 in lawn and garden huddled up & laughing, associates everywhere in the store but no one willing to give customer service. This is poor practice....
