I had the very best customer service from Piroska today!!! She went beyond her duties To help me with 1 sand bag and some coarse sand. I made my purchase and she put the sand in the bag for me, tied it up and put it in my car!! She was wonderful to talk with and gave me a few good ideas! Ty for the awesome customer service! All employees should be like her!

Tried to cancel an online order and it took 5 calls and emails and 2 months just to get management to respond.
Experience so bad that even my wife even used the page system to call someone to Plumbing and no one still came. Terrible employee coverage and lack of help!
Let me preface this by saying that I generally love shopping at Lowe's. However, I was in the 7100 W. Ray Rd store this morning prepared to pull the trigger on the purchase of security screen door and installation, but was unable to get anyone to wait on me. I located an associate from another department to call for help and still no one showed up.
