Buyer beware. Signed up in Quakertown PA for a Lowe's credit card because they said at the store that it was 6 months ZERO interest. 4 months into using the card for all purchases and paying it off before 6 months - I find out that I've been charged interest on all purchases under $299. This was never mentioned to me. Cancelled the card and will no longer use Quakertown store. May have even lost me as a Lowe's customer completely. Very bad business practices.
This place is a disaster. We purchased a $2300 stove last month that was not delivered on the scheduled day. We went to pick it up and waited for an hour because they couldn't find it. We ordered a grill (assembled) last week, got the pick up text and when we got there they said that it wasn't ready and that we weren't supposed to pick it up yet!!! What???
