The Fairlawn customer service could use a bit of retraining. The process of purchasing a new washing machine and getting it delivered has been a headache, let alone when you try to return a call to the Lowe’s number, NONE of the customer reps have a clue and seem bothered to even try and help.
Still waiting on countertops from a kitchen remodel that were supposed to be in "within the week" 2 weeks ago been without a kitchen for month because of a couple mistakes on thier part ( gave us wrong cabinets twice).Now you get nothing from customer service or cabinet dept other than excuses next time im going to Home Depot
Until Lowe’s can practice social distancing and limit the number of customers, etc. I see this as a breeding ground for COVID-19!!!!!! Otherwise I recommend shutting it down until this pandemic is over!!!! 😡

Always a good experience but I have to point out this morning how thoughtful and kind the return staff member was when I had a heater to bring back.
This is for the Pulaski/Radford store.....I have been a customer for years. All my appliances including an induction stove are from there. My last purchase took at least five visits to customer service along with three calls from them to the credit car company to finally get my refrigerator. Have the refrigerator, but credit card is a mess with late charges and fees I should not have to pay.
