This location has horrible customer service. They are well-staffed but it is difficult to find someone to help you. Luckily you can look online for what aisle items are located. I made an online order for a grill the store inventory stated they had 19 of them. My order was canceled no email no call no contact whatsoever. They cancelled my order because their system was incorrect.

Absolutely ridiculous! Supposed to have a fence installed, we were told about 6 weeks from when we signed the contract! They called today to tell us it wouldn’t be installed til the end of August! That’s 11 weeks from when we signed! So basically, whatever time frame they give you, itll be a lie, and you’ll need to double it. Terrible customer service as well, had to call three times in order to get any answers! I’ll be writing another review whenever my fence is actually installed!!

Very disappointed to find Lowe’s screwing over veterans again. Now you have to be preregistered online to receive your veteran’s discount. � Apparently carrying your photo VA Government Issued Identificatuon isn’t enough. So what about all the vets who aren’t computer savvy I guess they’re just screwed. I will no longer shop at a store that doesn’t support the great veterans of our country.
I love the Lowe's in Sterling Heights! I recently remolded my entire house and purchased everything I needed to get it done from this store. Nada in flooring and Trish in kitchen cabinets were my absolute favorite! They were both so helpful and pleasant to work with. And I truly felt that they cared about my home and making it the best it could be. Thank you ladies for your exceptional service. 5 stars all the way to you both!
