Today I called the lumber department to ask a simple question, if their machine to cut wood was working, because we went yesterday and it was broken. The lady who I’m pretty sure has a red vest saying how can I help you? Just hangs my call. Really? Great customer service!

Their phone service is an atrocity. It keeps sending me back to the computer generated voice than giving actual service.
Horrible customer service spent an hour trying to make a purchase had to walk out of there empty handed
I can not say enough positive things about my visit to this particular Lowe's today! We had a long list of gardening supplies and two huge carts of items to maneuver around the store. I met two wonderful young ladies in the patio furniture area who were extremely helpful. One in particular, Robyn, was amazing! I didn't lift a single thing. She hunted down what I was looking for, carried it out for me, helped us get checked out in the garden center, and got three very nice guys to help us load our truck...she was even loading... read more
Every time I come here... I have to ask customers for help. Because no one is around to help. Even went to customer service desk and asked for help. They called someone over the intercom 3 times and still nothing. Finally had to speak to a manager. I think. Finally got the help I needed. Ugh. Hate this place. I wonder if Amazon sells water heaters. No wonder retail stores are closing their doors. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We went in to buy some flooring. I has to go ask for assistance from 2 men standing in area who apparently didn't see us. The young man came and we showed him what we wanted. We asked if there was enough product in case we needed more. He said he thought so. We took him at his word. Well come to find out what we got was clearance product so now we're out of luck! I called Lowe's at Woodrow Bean and the man there was very helpful and tried to see if he could find some in area stores. He even suggested some possible alternativ... read more
Standing in 2 feet in front of an employee, I was about to ask for assistance when another employee yells from behind me for his help, the young man tells me to "wait a minute" his exact words.......... The female employee runs past me, and the young man walks off to help her move an item from the shelf. As a manager passes by, I ask for his assistance, and also his exact words are "wait a minute".
