Just bought a yellow and red poinsettia that was signed for $12.98. They charged me $16.98 When I went back not two minutes later they gave me a sad story about the sale ending on the 25th. Poor poor customer service. I am a senior manager in retail and when we make a mistake, we own it and take care of the customer!!
Our items have been delayed for delivery for three weeks now. The Montana Avenue store pushed our order to Las Cruces, Las Cruces store pushed it back to Montana, and now Montana Avenue store pushed it to Far East store. Definitely don't ask for delivery because they will take forever to deliver your orders. Don't even try to call their customer services. Nobody ever picks up.
How could Lowe's improve? How about by just answering the phone! Its one thing to lose my order, its another to not even pick up the lousy phone to find where my order is.
I ordered a washer and dryer set on May 7, which I fully payed for. My dryer has been received. However, my washer has not. Their communication skills are so poor. I called their in-store customer service for two days straight in which I was left on hold until their system hanged up on me. I tried multiple times and experienced the same thing over and over again. I even left messages and no return calls. Provide better customer service. For the second time, they cancel an order the day after was schedule for the delivery without explanation. They don't answer the phones to get help. The manager at the far east store was no help at all.
Employees have a poor attitude and seem to not only not care, but also never smile and seem to lack any moral because they always look miserable.
This store lacks in customer service and it starts with the assistant store manager. They allow you to purchase appliances that aren’t even in stock. They won’t offer to call another store or help you.
Your store in El Paso on Montana cancelled my online order that I waited 4 weeks for and told me to go look for it in the store. These were supplies to make mask for first responders.
Absolutely outrageous the time I have been waiting for an in store purchase which had originally started on line for a refrigirator. The most upsetting thing is the competence of the staff in just easily turning their back on me, specially in this time of grave need!
