3rd time to go to Lowe's and get no help. I young guy called for help because he had no clue. after waiting 15 minutes I fumbled around for 15 minutes and ended up again with screwd thay dont fit. If my husband was there he could of got the right ones. So if ya don't know what ya need don't go to Lowes cause they wont give ya the time of day.
because you refused to check out handy cap people . you refused to accommodate anyone cap people. a 80 year old man almost collapsed in line for waiting so long. I ordered a fence 2 months ago and have been trying to get them to fix it. The guy who gave me the estimate on the fence, Cameron, said that they would be able to replace it and would order new panels. He texted me 3 weeks ago saying that the fence was on back order, but it would arrive in 2 weeks. I called Tari, the assistant, who was supposed to give me a call once it arrived. Very disappointing!!! I bought a refrigerator Sunday told me it was going to be delivered Tuesday. It never came �called and said it wasn’t there problem it was the delivery processing’s problem. Called for the manager told them I have an issue because I cleaned out everything and ready for the new refrigerator to come told me they don’t have the refrigerator in stock!!!
