Staff not wearing masks in spite of stated policy. Three times I have been there. Some do, some have them around their necks, some none. But within six feet. I had a Lowes guy come to my home for a fence bid. Zero mask. Didn’t ask. They lost that sale immediately. Poor management and supervision if they don’t enforce the policies they advertise.
LOWES needs to address the COVID-19 rules. Home Depot is following rules - only allowing certain number of people in at time, providing masks for their employees, having certain areas closed. SHAME ON LOWES!! This only shows everyone that Lowes only cares about the amount of $$$$ they are receiving from customers RATHER than their employees, community and allowing COVID-19 to continue due to their lack of following MANDATED RULES!!!
0 Stars I have had a horrific experience with having Lowes install my flooring. 2 days to almost complete and now at 6 weeks and still not finished. Can't get a response. Horrific customer service. Will definitely not be buying carpet from them.
Lowes opened its parking lots to people displaced by the fire. there are rvs trailes cars pickups . vans. A lot of places in Chico have done the same
