We are under a stay at home order! I know that Lowe’s is considered essential but that does not mean there should be a packed store! On Saturday it looked like Christmas time at the Zion Crossroads store. No limit on how many people could come in. Why are they allowed to do this and why is store management being so irresponsible in their handling of this pandemic??? We purchased a washer and dryer from this location. Was supposed to have been delivered on Friday no call before hand and no one showed up we had to call back. So they said Sunday it will be delivered. And they will call to let you know a window. Well no call again today, so we called them, they said oh yeah it’s on the truck to be delivered between 4-8. Needless to say they still have not showed up!! Corporate really needs to do something about this store!!!!!
Bought a washer, dryer & patio set. Getting these delivered & set up has been a debacle. I live over an hour away & Lowes messed up the delivery twice, resulting in one wasted day & return for 2nd try 2 days later. I wasn't even 1st in line. Had to wait again, but they finally made it at the end of the day, complaining about being tired. You sent out 2 guys unfamiliar with this gated community, so they missed the entrance. Never had a problem with anything I have ever gotten at Lowe's our sales person Robert was a blast to work with he did my sister good !!!! You go Robert(Lowe's at Zion Crossroads)!
Bought a washer here (first mistake) scheduled for delivery, no show, no call. Called store multiple times, didn't know where it was. Never found it nor delivered it. I might buy light bulbs or small items here but never again would I buy anything needing delivery or something I wanted to last.
