Had a long wait, asked for delivery yesterday couldn't get it so I asked for early delivery next day due to my fridge breaking and instead it will be at the end of the day... going to end up replacing everything in my fridge

It seems your customer service has gone down. I don't usually ask for help unless I have no choice like getting paint or having chain cut. I needed the chain cut yesterday and it seemed like I was bothering your employees by asking for it. It's been this way the past several times I've gone and needed help and it's not just me who have experienced this. The only helpful people are the checkers. I think I will be going to Home Depot from now on.
I just had a wonderful experience at the Victorville Lowes. I am tiling a vanity and needed grout/caulk to match. Nothing from the company they carried (TEK) was a good enough match. Brittney, the flooring manager, offered to check if they could still get Mapei products, which they discontinued last year. She found an old color sample pack and one of the colors was PERFECT.
