I've been waiting over 20 minutes to exchange my propane tank that I already paid for, I went back into customer service to let them know and I'm still waiting.

Worst customer service I'll never buy from this store again.
2 years ago we bought a Samsung French door fridge. Very expensive and the biggest piece of junk I ever owned, purchased the warranty..Nov 18 repair man comes out. Tells me he has to order parts still waiting. Never will I buy from Lowes again. Their costumer service totally sucks.
