I have been trying to get a door installed for a month. Constantly told to go to millwork desk-in 6 visits, nobody there and nobody came despite repeated announcements. Finally had someone come to give estimate. Was told they would call in 2 days. One week and 2 visits later, got an estimate-they never called,I had to chase them down. When I went to pay (2 trips to service desk, 3 to millworks) the estimate had gone up by $300. Need to door so paid, Told I would get a call in two days with date for installation.
