👎 not helpful and rude CS
I have been building a deck been in and out of there the last 4 days. all the yrs I have shopped there I have never had the poor quality customer service that I have had there the last few days. I even talked to a manager he acted like he didn't care. Plenty of people but no help offered. I will shop some place else from now on.
So they finally deliver our new stove that they are supposed to install and they say, “well we can’t install this bet it is hard wired in”. What the heck! They did not ask how it is installed in the first place, only that it will be installed!
I ordered a dishwaher August 31 and paid for it to be delivered and installed. September 11, and I still have no disherwasher. I called. Got transferred to main office, so they check with UC store and said that someone would be calling. Finally the UC store called and said that the installation guy would be calling to set up a time for install. I'm still waiting but not much longer. I going to get my money refunded.
I ordered a gate on 3/29/19 with a 3 week delivery date. As of today, 5/21/19 the gate is still not in & every week I have been told it will be here next week. Now we have an "ESTIMATED delivery date of 5/28/19, 2 months after me ordering & PAYING for this install. Very poor communication! No one from Lowes has made a phone call to me to update me on the status of this project. It is 100% up to me to either call or go in person to see them to get an update.

YES!! I had such a wonderful experience yesterday at Lowe’s. A very kind and professional young man named Blake helped me to purchase a dryer and dishwasher.Blake is definitely an asset to Lowe’s. Thank you for your kindness during my visit. Well please customer!!
